I had hit a plateau at the gym. I lost 8 lbs in 8 months with weights and running/eliptical 4-6 days a week. I started a zumba class and was hooked. Grantwed our instructor is AWESOME but I can't get enough. I lost an additional 10 lbs after 4 more months and decided to JUST do the classes 4 days and continue to lose and feel great.
