Okay, so in a world where many tech-savvy people carry their PDAs (personal digital assistants) around, make appointments, watch TV, check their email, and design small-scale cities, I haven’t exactly caught up. [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] NO! I am not old, and yes [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] I do possibly have some fear of technology but not enough to keep me away from a good thing. So what is the problem?

My ideal track pad would have the following requirements:
The Ideal Hand Track Pad: Writing on Your Hand Could Be Okay!
3) Biodegradable
2) Right hand vs. Left Hand Energy

The material would of course be biodegradable, which [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] according to dictionary.com means that it (my imaginary hand track pad) could be decomposed by agents that occur biologically.
This may sound very wild, but hear me out. To implant the track pad the doctors or engineers would simply place [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] some sort of soft pad on your hand that had electrodes with a negative charge. Then you would take a pill with a positive charge that would be attracted to your hand. The contents of the pill would also be such that they would stay put in the hand even after the negative charge was [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] removed.
Well………I like to write on my hand.
1) Not Seen. Not Felt.
What do you think of my crazy theoretically invented hand track pad? It may seem crazy but it is fun to decide what you would invent if you had the time and the money to [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] figure it out.
The thing about track pads is that often times they have to be designed to measure capacitance, which is simply the amount of electric charge that an object can hold.1 With a normal track pad that you would find on a computer, the level of capacitance which would be [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] measured by electrodes, an integrated circuit and/or the other parts of a capacitive sensor in a track pad would actually be changed when a finger came near the sensors.2-3 Those changes would then become signals that would [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] be converted to digital signals and changed into information formats or actions. With my track pad however, it would be inside of the hand and so instead of responding to the properties [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] of a hand itself, the sensors would have to respond to my right hand instead. Maybe that means that capacitive sensors would be useless when making a hand track pad. I’m not sure. I leave that part up to the inventors.

I write on my hand a lot. It’s not that I like writing on what [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] I consider to be a pretty darn precious possession. It’s [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] just that my hand is so conveniently close and I would say I have about a 75% chance (statistic is not definitely not exact) of remembering what I actually wrote down. A paper planner doesn’t work either. I just don’t check it very often and I never care enough to make the resolution to check it for more than a month or so. However, I don’t necessarily want to keep writing on my hand at least not the way that I write on my hand now. I want someone to invent a hand track pad. You know, like the track pad on a laptop computer only it would be inside of my left and I would use my right finger to write on it (HA! It would sort of be like an actual finger mouse). What do you think? Is a [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] hand track pad an item that needs to be invented?
