Mookie Blaylock charged with vehicular homicide in death of woman

Monica Murphy underwent surgery for internal injuries, but died within hours of the accident. Frankie Murphy sustained a broken ankle.At the time of the crash, Blaylock was facing DUI charges from an arrest in Spalding County in March.
