In a summary accompanying the documents, Athletics Director Rob Mullens agreed "this case is major in nature."In a separate statement, the university said "The integrity of the process and our continued full cooperation with the NCAA prohibits us from publicly discussing the specifics of the matter."Oregon came under scrutiny in March 2011.
