Alas, no, not without having to spend an unreasonable amount of time and money. I tried to get this done with an inexpensive pair of boots that I really liked, even though the repair looked fine it wasn't durable and not really felt right. I also wish to include that women's shoes generally are rarely made to be repairable. Even nice ones. Especially ballet flats.
