Glendaly Garcia said.Both hotel staff and responding officers noticed red marks on her neck, Garcia said.Officers located Douglas and arrested him.Douglas played for the New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars from 1995 to 2004. He was fired as an ESPN analyst in August.
