FAIR LAWN, N.J., Feb. 14 () -- Hip-hop artist Jim Jones was charged with disorderly conduct after an altercation with a police officer outside his home in Fair Lawn, N.J., officials said.The Fair Lawn-Saddle Patch reported Jones was arrested Wednesday after he yelled at an officer responding to a complaint of a snowbound and illegally parked car outside Jones' home.
