I'm not sure that reversing the sentence answers the question,Canada Goose Jacket, because when you say "A stop watch,jordans shoes sale, a pair of running shoes,Peuterey Jacket uk, and a water bottle ARE all you need" the subject of the sentence becomes a watch,2013 Parajumpers Jackets On Sale Parajumpers Parka Coat Online Store, shoes,kevin durant shoes, etc.,giuseppe zanotti wedding shoes sale, which of course are plural. Is that what makes "All" plural when it's the subject?
The "everything" comparison is interesting,Peuterey Jacket sale. Why is "everything" so clearly singular,giuseppe zanotti shoes?
"Everything" could be classed as singular because it may be a (sort of) contraction of "every one thing,Peuterey Jacket outlet," in much the same way that "everyone" is classed as singular ("everyone is waiting for the bus" - "every one person"). "not one of the boys is missing." Although it's also perfectly acceptable nowadays to say,Designer giuseppe zanotti, "none of the boys are missing."
I haven't actually sought out any proper grammar stuff about this - although I do know the "none" = "not one" bit - so this could be complete rubbish,Peuterey Jacket online!.
